Position OverviewWe are looking for proactive and detail-focused individuals to join our growing data management division as Data Processors. This position is ideal for candidates who want to build strong foundations in HR data, analytics, and process administration while working in a flexible hybrid setting.You will be responsible for maintaining high data accuracy across company systems and client databases. Training will be provided for all new team members to ensure confidence in performing daily operations.Main DutiesEnter, organise, and process information within internal and client systemsConduct accuracy checks and update incomplete or outdated recordsPrepare data reports, summaries, and basic dashboards for team reviewFollow internal protocols to maintain data confidentiality and qualityAssist with workflow improvements and implementation of automation toolsLiaise with the HR and analytics departments to enhance reporting consistencyRequired Skills & AttributesExcellent attention to detail with a strong sense of accountabilityCapable of managing priorities independently and meeting set deadlinesSkilled in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or other cloud-based data toolsClear and professional communication in written and spoken EnglishLogical problem-solving mindset with adaptability to new systemsWillingness to learn and take initiative in improving processesBenefits & OpportunitiesHourly Rate: AUD $43 – $52 depending on skill and contributionWorking Hours: 15–25 hours weekly (hybrid setup with flexible scheduling)Training: Comprehensive onboarding and continuous development supportGrowth Path: Progression to roles in data analytics or administrative supportTeam Culture: Collaborative, inclusive, and goal-oriented work environmentWork Tools: Access to secure online systems and digital infrastructureLocationThis role is based in Perth CBD, with offices conveniently located near key business areas such as:Brookfield Place, St Georges TerraceQV1 Building, Hay StreetHybrid work arrangements are available for qualified candidates.EligibilityApplicants must currently reside in Australia, preferably within the Perth metropolitan area, and hold valid work rights.
