Job Title: Data Project Manager - Data PlatformsLocation: Dubai, UAEJob Summary:We are seeking a results-driven Data & MI Automation Project Manager to lead enterprise data initiatives leveraging Databricks and Confluent Kafka in a regulated banking environment. The role requires strong expertise in data platforms, project governance, MI automation, and regulatory compliance to ensure successful end-to-end delivery of complex data transformation initiatives.Required Skills & Experience:Must-Have7+ years of Project Management experience in banking or financial services.Proven experience leading data & MI automation projects, especially with Databricks and Confluent Kafka.Strong knowledge of data architecture, pipelines, and streaming technologies.Experience managing cross-functional teams (onshore/offshore).Proficient in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.Technical ExposureDatabricks (Delta Lake, MLflow, Spark)Confluent Kafka (Kafka Connect, kSQL, Schema Registry)Azure or AWS Cloud Platforms (preferably Azure)Integration tools (Informatica, Data Factory), CI/CD pipelinesOracle ERP implementation experiencePowerBIPreferredPMP / Prince2 / Scrum Master certificationFamiliarity with regulatory frameworks: BCBS 239, GDPR, CBUAE regulationsStrong understanding of data governance principles (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK)Education:Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.ThanksPremalatha
