Role: Data Quality AnalystLocation: RemoteExperience: 3+ yearsFunction: Data Analytics/ Audit/ QualityIndustry: BPO / Shared ServicesAbout The RoleWe’re seeking a meticulous Data Quality Analyst to help drive excellence across AI/ML data pipelines within a fast-paced shared services environment. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring data integrity, performing quality audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to continuously improve processes and outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct quality audits on annotated datasets against defined standards.Apply statistical quality metrics (e.g., F1 score, inter-annotator agreement) to evaluate data accuracy.Perform root cause analysis and propose corrective and preventive measures.Manage edge-case annotations and identify process improvements.Utilize annotation and QC tools to monitor and enhance data quality.Collaborate with stakeholders and support training, documentation, and automation efforts.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).2+ years of experience in data analytics, quality, or annotation — ideally in AI/ML.Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.Familiarity with data pipelines and quality frameworks.Preferred QualificationsExperience with annotation tools (Labelbox, Dataloop, LabelStudio, etc.).Exposure to multimodal datasets (text, image, audio, video).Working knowledge of Python and AI data quality metrics.Experience in agile or shared services environments.In the age of automation, quality isn’t just a measure — it’s the difference between data and intelligence.
