Committed to forward-looking, results-oriented solutions, we customize our approach to address our client’s unique goals and needs, representing the interests of foreign and domestic businesses, entrepreneurs, investors, and immigrants in the legal environment of the United States.About the roleWe’re seeking a detail-oriented and technically strong Data Quality & Financial Reporting Specialist to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of our financial data. This role will be the technical backbone of our accounting and reporting functions—supporting monthly close, budgeting, cash flow management, and leadership decision-making.This remote position is ideal for a candidate who is fluent in Turkish and English and has a strong interest in our areas of practice.Working hours for this role are between 09:00 and 17:00 according to the Pacific Time Zone where our office is open, which corresponds to 20:00 in the evening and 04:00 in the morning TR time.What you'll doAccounting & Data QualityLead the monthly accounting close in QuickBooks Online with accurate records and proper documentation, and adherence to GAAP standards.Validate data from Treasury, Billing, Payments, Payroll, and operational teams; identify and resolve inconsistencies.Prepare reconciliations, accruals, reclassifications, and adjustments to ensure reliable financial statements.Maintain and improve the chart of accounts, expense categories, and financial data structures.Support tax-related data preparation and ensure alignment of accounting records with tax requirements.Reporting & AnalysisPrepare cash flow statements, budget updates, and monthly reporting packages for Partners.Perform variance analysis and generate insights for financial decision-making.Develop and maintain data-quality dashboards (error indicators, alerts, incident tracking).Serve as a technical reference for accounting structures, reporting logic, and interpretation of results.Process Improvement & GovernancePropose and implement enhancements to accounting rules, COA structure, and financial governance.Design scalable data-validation processes and support standardization of administrative workflows.Participate in automation and BI initiatives (Looker Studio or similar), working closely with the CFO and external vendors.Key SkillsStrong technical accounting knowledge and monthly close experience.Analytical mindset with the ability to detect inconsistencies in large data sets.Process-driven, proactive, and improvement-oriented work style.Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under strict deadlines.Clear, concise, and professional communication skills.QualificationsEducationCertified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent is mandatory.Experience4–5 years of experience in accounting/finance roles with hands-on involvement in monthly close, data quality, and reporting.Experience in professional-services environments (legal, consulting, outsourcing) preferred.SkillsAdvanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online (mandatory).Strong experience in reconciliations, accruals, cash flow, and budgeting processes.Advanced Excel skills.Experience with Looker Studio or other BI tools is a plus.Working proficiency in English is a must.
