Data Reporting Analyst

Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Reporting and Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in setting reporting quality standards, as well as creating standardized reporting guidelines and policies. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and organizing the current reporting catalog, developing standardized reporting quality testing procedures, establishing data dictionary guidelines, and conducting thorough data quality analyses. This position is crucial to ensuring our organization’s reporting infrastructure is accurate, consistent, and aligned with business objectives. Familiarity with Power BI report development, data modeling, and visualization best practices is suggested for this role.Must Haves: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.10+ years of experience in reporting, business intelligence, or data analysis roles.Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and SQL.Experience with data quality assurance and documentation processes. Plusses:Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Experience developing data dictionaries and quality testing frameworks.Familiarity with industry best practices in reporting and data governance.Knowledge of automation tools and scripting languages.Duration: 5 month contract, possible hire
