From IoT and SAP data to vision systems and quality analytics, you’ll collaborate with experts to deliver tangible business impact.🔧 What You’ll DoAnalyze and visualize large IoT and manufacturing datasets from capsule printing, coating, and packaging machines.Support predictive model development for Golden Batch, Downtime Analysis, and Real-Time Batch Insights (RTBI) projects.Contribute to AI-based quality control solutions (vision inspection, color recipe prediction, laser profiling).Build SQL/Python-based data pipelines and help with data ingestion and transformation.Collaborate on dashboards and APIs using tools like FastAPI, Databricks, and PowerBI.Support AI governance, ML documentation, and internal code reviews.🧠 What You’ll LearnWork with live manufacturing and sensor data (Capsule, Engineering & Nutraceutical plants).Hands-on experience in machine learning deployment and data governance.Mentorship from ACG’s global Data Science and Digital teams.Opportunity to contribute to enterprise-scale AI transformation projects.🎯 What We’re Looking ForStrong skills in Python, Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib/Seaborn, and SQL.Understanding of EDA, ML algorithms, and time-series analytics.Exposure to manufacturing or IoT data is a plus.Hands-on experience with Jupyter, Databricks, VSCode, or Git preferred.Strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and communication skills.🎓 EligibilityFinal-year students from B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech (CS, IT, Data Science, AI, Electronics) or M.Sc. (Data Science / Statistics).Available full-time for 6 months (onsite).Immediate joiners preferred.
