Your RoleAs a Data Scientist, you will apply your analytical skills and data science expertise to explore complex problems and develop effective solutions. You will work closely with project teams to design and implement models, leveraging Python and its data ecosystem, with the opportunity to work on open-ended, exploratory challenges in health or other data domains.Your Responsibilities• Explore, analyze, and interpret complex datasets.• Develop and implement models beyond standard library applications.• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and propose solutions.• Work with Python (and optionally R) to create data pipelines, analyses, and modelling workflows.• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.Your Profile• 2–3 years of experience in data science or applied analytics.• Strong modelling and problem-solving skills, including free-form and exploratory modelling.• Proficiency in Python and its data science ecosystem (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to handle open-ended problem statements.• For one of the roles: experience with R is a plus.• Bonus: Master’s degree with 2–3 years of experience, research experience, or experience with health-related datasets.
