For one of our client I'm looking for a Data Scientist. We are on the lookout for a highly skilled individual with a passion for leveraging data to drive evidence-based decision-making.ResponsibilitiesDesign and Implement ML Models: Develop machine learning algorithms to tackle complex challenges and improve efficiency.Data Analysis: Analyze data to gather insights that drive strategic decisions.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with various stakeholders to grasp business requirements and design appropriate data solutions.Data Pipeline Maintenance: Ensure data integrity and availability by developing and maintaining pipelines and databases.Data Visualization: Use Power BI to create visualizations and dashboards that communicate findings effectively to diverse audiences.Statistical Validation: Conduct statistical analyses to validate the outputs of machine learning models.Industry Awareness: Keep up with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance data capabilities.RequirementsEducation: Requires a bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.Experience: Proven experience as a Data Scientist, ideally within the healthcare sector.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and SQL. Expertise in data visualization (notably Power BI).Machine Learning Knowledge: A solid understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Communication Skills: Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
