At KPMG, you’ll translate insights into action and reveal opportunities for all—our teams, our clients and our world.Responsibilities:Develop and implement AI-driven analytics solutions to enhance decision-making processes in deal advisory.Leverage Generative AI models for building integrations and enhancing data analytics capabilities.Work on AI engineering projects including model fine-tuning and customization to meet specific business needs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy scalable AI solutions.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.Experience & Skills:1+ years of experience in Data & Analytics with a focus on AI technologies.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, Ruby, Go or C++.Hands-on experience with Generative AI models (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, RAG) and AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).Preferred experience:Familiarity with model fine-tuning and AI workflow management tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow).Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.Knowledge of SQL and experience with data analytics platforms like Alteryx.Strong understanding of BI/data operations concepts and experience in dynamic environments.Preferred Industry Experience:Prior experience in retail, healthcare, logistics, or consulting environments is advantageous.Additional Attributes:Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.Ability to communicate complex AI concepts effectively to non-technical audiences.Team-oriented with openness to new technologies and methodologies.Good English language skills; Mandarin skills preferred but not required.About KPMGAt KPMG China, we are committed to being an equal opportunity employer, with zero tolerance for any form of discrimination against any persons.
