Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Data Scientist based in Belgrade (remote work also possible). The Data Scientist will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, conducting statistical analyses, designing predictive models, and creating data visualizations to support business decisions. Daily tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, refining data collection processes, and implementing data-driven strategies. The role supports Ominimo's mission of utilizing cutting-edge technology to improve insurance processes. Qualifications Proficiency in Data Science techniques and tools, with a focus on predictive modeling and machine learningStrong foundation in Statistics and Data Analysis, including hypothesis testing and statistical modelingExperience in Data Analytics and Data Visualization to transform data into actionable insightsProficiency in programming languages such as PythonExcellent problem-solving abilities and a strong analytical mindsetStrong communication skills to present findings and insights to non-technical audiencesMaster's or Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related fieldPrevious experience in the insurance is a plus but not a must
