If you think analytically, learn fast, and care about the “why” behind the numbers, we’re listening.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative, analytical, or business-related field,2+ years of experience working in data analysis, business intelligence, or strategic research,Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a detail-oriented mindset,Able to turn complex data into clear insights and communicate them effectively,Comfortable working with uncertainty and asking the right questions,Strong business acumen and an interest in market trends,Based in or willing to relocate to Istanbul.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze second-hand automotive market dynamics in Turkey on a continuous basis,Monitor changes in pricing, demand, and supply patterns to identify opportunities and risks,Contribute to the development and refinement of our internal vehicle pricing logic,Collaborate with data entry and operations teams to ensure data quality and relevance,Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and cross-functional teams,Generate insights that inform strategic decisions on vehicle acquisition and sales,Identify trends, outliers, and gaps through structured analysis,Translate data into actionable recommendations that support business growth,Support the continuous improvement of our decision-making tools and processes.Why You Might Love Working HereAt Otoplus, we believe in doing meaningful work with measurable impact.
