To help Peaks fulfil its mission and growth ambitions, we are looking for a (Marketing) Data Scientist.What You Will Be DoingYou will play a key role in driving our business growth by managing the end-to-end process of data ingestion, modeling, and publication. Your responsibilities will include designing and maintaining scalable data solutions, defining meaningful success metrics, and empowering non-technical team members with user-friendly, self-service analytics tools. You will have to identify and implement solution to optimize ad networks performance and boost conversion rates throughout the sales funnel.Ad Performance Analysis: Create dashboards and reports to measure ad effectiveness, ROAS, CAC, CAC-payback period, CLV.Marketing Attribution: Build models to track customer journeys across multiple channels (e.g., last-click, multi-touch attribution).Data Integration: Ensure marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM, etc.) receive accurate and up-to-date data through ETL/ELT pipelines.
