Job PurposeResponsible for analysis and interpretation of regulatory data to ensure compliance and inform decision-making. This role involves developing and implementing data-driven models, conducting data analysis, and generating insights to assist in regulatory reporting, monitoring. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve regulatory processes and ensures that data practices adhere to relevant standards and guidelines.Main AccountabilitiesSpearhead the development and implementation of advanced analytics initiatives in the areas of artificial intelligence, predictive modelling, and Natural Language Processing (NLP)Drive the development and execution of Data Lake on unstructured data and the research capability on retrieval of informationInnovate in areas of AI and analytics technology for usage within SC’s business analytics.Engage and collaborate with line departments to understand the advanced analytics requirements for their business decision on surveillance, supervision, market development and enforcementEngage and collaborate with external stakeholders in the development of advanced analytics model, tools and systemRequired SkillsSolid knowledge of Programming, Statistics, Quantitative Methods, Data ScienceInformation Management skills, quantitative and research analytical skillsKnowledge in capital market, Data Quality Analysis, Project & Program Management and Machine Learning TechnologyEducation & CertificationBSc/ MSc Statistics / Actuarial and Data Science / Computer Science / Information TechnologyCertification in key skills like Professional / Project Management Professional is a plusWorking ExperienceAt least 3 to 4 years of working experience in similar capacityRelevant working experience in capital markets and financial related fields is preferred
