The person in this role will lead continuous improvement initiatives to standardize, simplify, and optimize reporting processes across markets and central functions.This position plays a key role in developing and enhancing reports and analytics, supporting market transitions to a shared service model, and ensuring that performance KPIs are consistently achieved. The role also serves as a key liaison for knowledge sharing, onboarding, and cross-market collaboration.As a Data Team Leader, You WillBe responsible for managing reporting operations within a specific cluster (markets and/or HQ functions), ensuring knowledge retention, workload balance, and performance KPI achievement.Keep the team focused and motivated, support their professional development, and provide learning opportunities.Lead projects within the Center of Excellence to design new tools and analytical models, as well as improve existing ones.Support the Process Manager in reviewing and assessing new market requests.Generate and analyze reports for the Marketing Strategic Insights team to help identify actionable insights and support business objectives.
