You will work closely with data analysts, business stakeholders, and leadership teams to design dashboards, reports, and visual storytelling assets that drive strategic decision-making.This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical thinking with strong design sense and enjoys turning data into meaningful narratives.Key ResponsibilitiesDashboard & Report DevelopmentDesign, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, Looker, or Data Studio.Create visually appealing and user-friendly analytics products that highlight key insights.Optimise dashboards for performance, scalability, and usability.Data Visualization & StorytellingTranslate business data into compelling visual stories for stakeholders and management.Present data insights through charts, infographics, and interactive visual elements.Support decision-making through clear, concise, and impactful visual narratives.Data Analysis & InterpretationWork with large datasets to extract the most relevant business metrics.Partner with data analysts and engineers to ensure data accuracy, structure, and reliability.Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends and patterns.Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with product, operations, marketing, finance, and strategy teams to understand reporting needs.Work with business users to gather visualization requirements and iterate for improvement.Support internal stakeholders in adopting dashboards and understanding insights.Standards, Governance & Best PracticesMaintain data visualization guidelines, design standards, and documentation.Uphold data governance, version control, and dashboard consistency across departments.Identify opportunities to automate reporting and streamline data workflows.RequirementsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, Statistics, Design, or related field.2–5 years of experience in data visualization, analytics, BI development, or related fields.Strong portfolio of dashboards or visualization projects.Technical SkillsProficiency with visualization tools (Tableau / Power BI / Qlik / Looker).Strong command of SQL for data extraction and transformation.Ability to work with large datasets and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.Familiarity with Python/R for analytics is an advantage.Solid understanding of UI/UX principles for dashboard design.Soft SkillsStrong communication and storytelling abilities.Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail.Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.Creative problem solver with a passion for data design and clarity.Why Join UsWork with data-driven teams and high-impact projects.Opportunity to influence business decisions through meaningful visual analytics.Collaborative environment with strong support for professional development.Career growth into Senior Visualization Specialist, BI Developer, Data Analyst, or Data Storytelling Lead.
