Database Analyst (SQL / Oracle / SQL Server)

Responsabilities:Design, develop, and maintain database-driven applications with a focus on SQL optimization and Oracle or SQL Server DB performance.Write, test, and debug complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers for Oracle or SQL Server Database.Collaborate with product and business teams to translate requirements into efficient database schemas and data models.Perform regular Oracle or SQL Server DB maintenance tasks, including backup, recovery, index rebuilding, and statistics gathering.Monitor database performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement tuning solutions (e.g., query optimization, index adjustment).Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies by implementing Oracle or SQL Server DB access controls and data validation rules.Integrate Oracle or SQL Server Database with application layers (e.g., backend APIs, frontend interfaces) to enable seamless data flow.Troubleshoot database-related issues in production and non-production environments, providing timely resolution.Document database designs, SQL scripts, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing.Stay updated on the latest Oracle or SQL Server DB features and SQL best practices, and propose process improvements to enhance system efficiency.Requirements:Proficiency in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries, including joins, subqueries, etc.Deep understanding of Oracle DB architecture, including tablespaces, data files, redo logs, undo segments, and PLSQL.Experience with Oracle DB performance tuning tools and techniques.Familiarity with database design principles, including normalization, denormalization, and entity-relationship modeling.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex IT issues.Good at communication and good teamwork spirit.
