This position offers significant growth potential, with opportunities to advance your career based on business needs and individual performance.**Key Responsibilities:*** Provide direct technical support to on-site teams, ensuring smooth operations.* Manage and resolve technical support tickets efficiently and effectively.* Perform crucial break-fix maintenance and advanced troubleshooting on hardware and software.* Execute comprehensive hardware and software diagnostics to identify and resolve issues.* Handle system host-related issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.* Serve as a primary point of contact for both internal customers (e.g., Network Engineers, Systems Engineers, Software Developers) and external partners (e.g., Hardware Vendors, Contractors, Service Providers).**Must-Have Qualifications:*** Fluency in English.* Extensive server hardware troubleshooting experience, including server booting processes (POST, BIOS, PXE, Kickstart, GRUB/LILO, RAID).* Strong understanding and experience with network protocols (TCP/IP, Ethernet, L2/L3 technologies).* Proficiency with network hardware, including copper/fiber cabling, switches, and routers.
