Position Summary: The Account Manager is responsible for developing new business relationships and serving as the first level of support to existing B2B clients in our Dataforce division. Position responsibilities:
Develop an effective understanding of the capability, benefits and competitive advantages of Dataforce's servicesIdentify prospective customers and individual organizations to focus on sales activitiesDevelop new client relationships via cold calling, Internet, and trade showsIn coordination with Sales Management, identify, qualify, develop and close sales opportunitiesPromote and educate clients regarding Dataforce's servicesProvide customer support and manage client expectations in liaison with the Production Management TeamManage and control pricing and contractual issues by developing a thorough understanding of company proceduresTake an active role in learning about each client’s industry, business needs and company culture to identify new business opportunities and provide a high level of servicePerform other special projects or duties when requiredRequired skills, experience and qualifications:
Interest in or previous experience in Strategic Business Development and/or Client Services/Account ManagementA strong interest in AIAbility to build and maintain relationshipsSuperior written and spoken communication skills in EnglishGood analytical skills needed to project revenues, monitor budgets and other necessary calculationsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalentAbility to commute to our Amsterdam office 5 days per week.
