Qualifications8+ years of experience in art direction/designExperience successfully leading creative projects from ideation through to executionExperience working successfully across disciplinesDriven by the creative landscape of social mediaExperience leading complex assignments and collaborating with a diverse teamVisually led skill set, with ability to oversee ideation and presentationsExperience project managing deliverables and organizing resourcesEntrepreneurial spirit and a style that inspiresProficiency in generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, MidJourney, Runway, DALL·E, or similar platformsDemonstrated ability to use AI in developing innovative advertising concepts, content creation, and campaign strategiesBachelor’s degreeApplicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

The base compensation range for this role is $105,000 - $120,000 and this position is eligible for benefits that include medical insurance (health, dental, and vision), retirement plan, paid time off, paid parental leave, new business and employee referral bonuses, etc. Please note that the compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for Los Angeles based hires only and is provided pursuant to the applicable law. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as candidates' relevant work experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
