Job Description

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、负责首饰设计及创新，包括但不限于新款式开发、设计图稿绘制； 2、参与产品从概念到成品的整个设计流程，确保设计方案符合市场需求； 3、与团队成员合作，进行材料选择、工艺探讨，优化设计细节； 4、根据市场反馈调整设计方向，持续改进设计作品。 岗位要求： 1、具备5年以上饰品设计工作经验，有丰富的首饰设计经验者优先； 2、熟练掌握手绘和电绘技能，能够准确表达设计理念； 3、精通3D建模渲染技术，能够独立完成从设计到渲染的全过程； 4、具有良好的审美观和创新能力； 5、具备优秀的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够承受一定的工作压力； 6、认同企业文化，愿意在公司平台上不断学习和成长。
