In this role, you'll represent our brand by promoting and selling our wide range of products while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Your goal will be to exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's vision for growth and success. Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with local customers in-store, offering advice and product knowledge to meet their needs.

Accurately obtain and process customer orders. Monitor product performance and inventory levels to ensure shelves remain stocked at 75% or more. Analyze selling patterns and creatively arrange displays to boost sales; report any slow-moving items. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout all delivery operations. Remove damaged goods from shelves and track product loss trends. Maintain strong relationships with store managers, department heads, and team members. Gather customer feedback on product preferences and communicate suggestions to the Director. Participate in customer acquisition efforts, including cold calling and cross-selling. Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets.

Resolve customer issues within your authority and escalate more complex concerns to the Director. Complete and submit sales reports, logs, and records accurately and on time. Ensure timely and efficient product deliveries. Maintain a deep understanding of all company products. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor. Performance ExpectationsRespond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain daily communication and provide regular feedback. Submit weekly reports by the required deadlines. Comply with all company policies and safety procedures.
