You will support the execution of strategic deals across all stages of the transaction lifecycle — from sourcing and evaluating opportunities to structuring, negotiating, and closing deals with prospective franchise and partner market owners.Main tasks and responsibilities: Lead the generation of corporate and investor leads to build a strong pipeline of Franchise & Partner Markets owners. Develop financial models and build business cases for new Franchise & Partner Markets. Organise and prepare investor materials and presentations to support deal execution. Manage transaction processes and coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders. Collaborate internally on market research and analysis for new expansion projects. Actively participate in structuring and negotiating commercial terms and legal documentation. Maintain investor communication and develop strong relationships with them.About you: Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Equity Research, Consulting, Franchise or a related field. Strong financial modelling skills. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Outstanding work ethic, strong motivation, and high attention to detail. Analytical thinker with a strategic mindset, strong business acumen, and a proactive approach to solving challenges.
