We're looking for a Dealer Marketing Specialist to lead localized campaigns, support dealer networks, and enhance the customer journey through data-driven initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.While automotive experience is preferred, we welcome candidates with strong retail marketing backgrounds focused on point-of-sale environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDealer Marketing StrategyDevelop and execute marketing plans to generate leads, improve customer retention, and increase dealer sales.Analyze regional performance metrics and provide actionable insights.Dealer Support & EnablementProvide training, resources, and support for local dealer initiatives such as promotions and events.Ensure alignment between dealer activities and brand messaging.Customer Journey IntegrationCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to streamline lead management.Enhance customer and dealer experiences through CRM and UX best practices.Localized Campaign DevelopmentDesign and implement region-specific marketing campaigns tailored to local audiences.Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to deliver impactful marketing materials.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with internal teams to maintain consistency in brand strategy and execution.Gather dealer feedback to continuously improve marketing efforts.RequirementsAdvanced English proficiency (spoken and written).Proven experience in automotive dealer marketing or retail marketing for point-of-sale environments.Availability to travel frequently and work on weekends.Strong command of CRM platforms and ability to analyze customer behavior through localized campaigns.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Results-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in dynamic environments.EducationBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field.Ready to make an impact in retail marketing?
