Job DescriptionAs a HR Business Advisor for Enabling Functions in Deloitte Denmark, you will drive and support HR matters across a diverse group of managers and teams. Some of these teams are operating across the Nordics and others are operating across Denmark. In your role, you will guide and advise management, drive the performance set-up, and implement strategic people initiatives – in close collaboration with the senior management team in Enabling Functions. In this role, you will make an impact by: Advising and guiding management on people – and leadership matters (e.g. performance management, talent pipelines, well-being, exit & retention analysis) Running the yearly HR-activities incl. engagement survey, upward feedback, and performance set-up Being involved in designing, planning, and implementing new people initiatives Analyzing and interpreting HR data and key figures and facilitating dialogue across teams Being part of the HR Business Advisor team and provide support on cross-functional HR initiatives and processes Onboarding of new leaders Driving decision making and initiatives in HR related matters QualificationsWe are looking for a colleague who is ready to learn and who thrives working with tasks of both operational, tactical and strategic character. In this position you will be responsible for executing on well-established processes as well as contributing to the optimization of these, and at the same time get a chance to create and develop your own tasks in an organization where no two days are alike. You are a dedicated individual with team spirit who takes pleasure in combining HR and business with an excellent ability to understand the areas you work with. You take responsibility of own areas and tasks and you contribute in the joint effort to achieve goals for the team. What you bring to the team: Minimum 4 years of experience in guiding and advising in HR matters Preferably, 2 years of experience as HR Business Partner Experience with advising a diverse set of stakeholders Change management and project management skills with demonstrable track record Strong execution and problem-solving skills A fluent English and Danish proficiency, spoken as well as written, which is a prerequisite Strong competences in the Office Package (Excel and PowerPoint).
