Then this might be the perfect role for you!Leading our Global Talent Acquisition strategyAs our new Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you will lead the design and execution of a globally standardised talent acquisition strategy and framework, ensuring consistency, scalability, and compliance across all regions. This role will establish recruitment process harmonization, standardise talent acquisition technology, and emphasize a UX-focused, data-driven approach to hiring excellence. This role will also enhance our employer brand to position the company as an employer of choice, while owning the Graduate Program to ensure a robust pipeline of future talent aligned with business needs.Joining us, you can look forward to the following responsibilities:Strategic Leadership & Governance: Define and implement the global talent acquisition strategy and governance framework, ensuring standardised processes and global alignment.Recruitment Process Standardization: Design and roll out globally standardised recruitment processes – including clearly defined roles, compliance alignment, and continuous improvement driven by audits, KPIs, and stakeholder input.System Implementation & Optimization: Partner with HR Digitalisation to optimise, implement, and drive adoption of recruitment technologies and integrations, leveraging automation and AI to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.Data & Insights: Build a global talent acquisition analytics framework and use data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions and address critical or hard-to-attract talent needs.Employer Branding: Develop and execute a global employer brand strategy that ensures consistent messaging and impactful campaigns in partnership with Corporate Communications.Graduate Program Ownership: Lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of the global Graduate Program to ensure the future talent pipeline.Attract, Recruit, On- & Offboarding Community of Practice: Lead the global HR Community of Practice to encourage collaboration, knowledge sharing, and alignment on end-to-end people processes.Welcome to Global HR Core DeliveriesYou will be part of Global HR Core Deliveries and report directly to the VP, Global HR Core Deliveries. The Head of Talent Acquisition has direct reports from the Talent Acquisition Denmark Manager and the Graduate Program Manager. You have strong skills in change management and stakeholder engagement, alongside strategic planning and effective execution abilities. By following a systematic methodology, you use data to shape your decisions and create significant outcomes.As a leader, you inspire trust, set direction, and unite stakeholders around shared goals. You thrive in dynamic environments, lead effectively through planned changes, and balance long-term vision with practical execution.By promoting inclusion and psychological safety, the Head of Talent Acquisition ensures an environment where innovation and continuous improvement thrive, and team members are valued and supported.We imagine that you have:A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including at least 5 years in a global leadership role.A proven track record in recruitment process standardisation, talent acquisition technology implementation, and employer branding.Experience managing multi-country recruitment across a variety of employee groups (e.g., corporate, technical, manufacturing, retail).Experience overseeing graduate programs and complex, multi-country recruitment operations.Skilled in Talent Acquisition HRIS platforms, systems integrations, and data governance.What We OfferJoin a dynamic global workplace where innovation and collaboration shape everything we do.
