If you would like to shape and manage our global rewards and HR operations, supporting our mission to make more sustainable use of the world’s food resources, then read on.The jobAs Director of Global Rewards and HR operations, you will have a range of responsibilities, from delivering business-critical services to ensuring alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for globalizing, standardizing, and upgrading our core HR processes and services. Hence, taking rewards and operations even further.Specifically, the areas of responsibility are:Compensation processes, services, and policies, including annual salary review and global executive compensationEmployee lifecycle, e.g., contracting, onboarding, job grading, payroll, and offboardingBenefits in Denmark, e.g., pension and insuranceHR master data, GDPR, and IT systemsHR analytics, security, and governanceA key player in a strong teamYou will be leading a team of two employees in Denmark and two in Poland.Reporting to the SVP of HR, you will be part of our global HR team, which includes HR employees in Denmark, Poland, Hungary, and China. You will be part of FOSS Senior Management. The position is based in the FOSS Innovation Center in Hillerød. Some travel activity to Poland should be expected – approximately 5-10 days per year.What can you expect?We offer a challenging job at an international and innovative organization. We take pride in high-quality services and an outside-in mindset.Who are you?The ideal candidate has at least 5 years’ experience in a similar position and a relevant master's degree. It is required that you have experience with Danish labor law and with C&B in a global organization. Also, fluency in Danish and English is a prerequisite.You have a structured, detail-oriented approach to your work and are driven to get things moving. You have excellent communication and analytical skills.
