Position: Delegate Sales ExecutiveLocation: SingaporeContract Type: Contractual - 4- 5 months Industry: Events | Conferences Salary: SGD 4,500 per monthResponsibilities:Support delegate acquisition and revenue growth for Asian events through targeted outreach and relationship management.Prospect, engage, and secure C-level executives, buyers, and VIP attendees from target industries.Manage the entire delegate sales cycle from outreach to registration ensuring a professional and personalized approach.Execute and follow up on delegate sales campaigns to achieve attendance and revenue goals.Support meeting programs connecting buyers, exhibitors, investors, and government delegations.Coordinate hosted buyer and delegation programs from onboarding to event participation.Collaborate with marketing and content teams to enhance delegate experience and event value.Build and maintain partnerships with industry associations and business groups to strengthen community engagement.Track delegate sales performance, maintain accurate CRM data, and report key metrics.Identify new business opportunities and stay informed on market trends to refine outreach strategies. Requirements: 1+ years of experience in delegate sales, business development, or sponsorship sales within conferences, exhibitions, or related industries.Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior executives and industry professionals.Strong organizational, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.Target-driven, adaptable, and able to work across multiple events and markets in Asia.Familiarity with CRM systems (MS Dynamics or similar).Enthusiastic, commercially minded, and eager to contribute to a high-performing events team.Email CVs to: kanza@hirerightt.com
