We are hiring energetic, relationship-focused Sales Managers to help grow a portfolio of high-value guests for a new lifestyle cruise launching in 2025. This role centers on guest acquisition, personalised hospitality, and building long-term repeat visitation. Sales Managers play a key role in guest recruitment, relationship management, and activation of premium onboard experiences.Key Responsibilities1. Guest Recruitment & Portfolio Building • Acquire high-value guests through strong personal and professional networks (real estate, insurance, HNW relationships, luxury retail, hospitality, nightlife). • Build and maintain a portfolio of 40–60 guests, with 10–15 active monthly repeat visitors. • Engage guests through WhatsApp, calls, and in-person meetings. • Maintain consistent touchpoints and cultivate long-term relationships.2. Onboard Hosting • Provide warm, attentive hosting throughout the guest journey. • Escort guests to dining venues, entertainment, lounges, and premium areas. • Coordinate check-ins, room arrangements, itineraries, and special requests. • Handle guest issues with professionalism and service excellence.3. Commercial Performance • Drive monthly revenue and visitation targets through strong guest engagement. • Track and report guest preferences, activity, and follow-up actions. • Support targeted outreach, curated invitations, and premium guest programs. • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Guest Services, F&B, Entertainment, and Operations.4. Operational Support • Manage ferry arrangements, room allocations, onboard credits, and itineraries. • Maintain accurate guest records and simple administrative tracking. • Support premium events, dining reservations, entertainment bookings, and special experiences. Requirements • Background in relationship-driven roles, ideally from: – Real estate – Financial advisory / insurance – Client relationship management – Luxury retail – Hospitality (hotels, lounges, concierge) – High-end F&B or nightlife • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • High grooming standards and a polished, professional presence. • Comfortable hosting during evenings and weekends. • Mandarin-speaking is an advantage.What We Offer • Competitive base salary at SGD 6,000–10,000 per month. • Attractive commission structure in addition to base salary. • Structured hospitality and premium host training. • Clear growth pathway (Sales Manager→ Division Sales Manager). • A dynamic environment onboard a brand-new lifestyle cruise.
