Currently, JD.com operates globally, with business activities in countries such as China, the U.S., U.K., Netherlands, France, Germany, Spain, Brazil, Hungary, Japan, South Korea, Australia, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and many others, reaching customers in every corner of the world.Learn more about us: https://corporate.jd.com/ Job Responsibilities1.Route Planning:Create and optimize daily delivery routes for bulky items based on order volume, geography, and resource availability2.Schedule Coordination:Align delivery appointments with customer availability and service constraints (e.g., 2-person delivery, installation slots)3.Carrier & Driver Coordination:Assign deliveries to internal and external transport partners and ensure all instructions are communicated clearly4.Load Planning:Optimize truckloads to maximize vehicle utilization while respecting size/weight constraints and delivery priorities5.System Management:Use TMS and WMS to track delivery status, assign routes, and update real-time changes6.Exception Handling:Monitor delivery progress, resolve disruptions (e.g., failed deliveries, delays), and communicate proactively with customer service teams7.Performance Monitoring:Track KPIs such as on-time delivery rate, failed delivery ratio, and average delivery cost8.Continuous Improvement:Identify inefficiencies and collaborate with warehouse and transport teams to improve planning accuracy and delivery speedJob Requirements1.4+ years experience in transport, logistics planning, or distribution scheduling (bulky item or white-glove delivery is a strong plus)2.Solid understanding of route optimization and fleet scheduling principles3.Experience with TMS/WMS tools (e.g., Transwide, SAP TM, ORTEC, Manhattan, etc.)4.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills5.High level of accuracy and attention to detail6.Good communication skills in English;7.Familiarity with last-mile delivery challenges, especially for large/fragile products
