Delivery & Finance Specialist

We’re looking for a curious and motivated professional who wants to grow in both delivery and finance operations within the fast-moving world of electronics.This role offers hands-on exposure to how products move through our supply chain and how financial processes support business performance. You’ll gain skills across logistics, procurement, finance— guided by a supportive, experienced team.📍 Location: Bulgaria, Sofia, On-siteWhat You’ll DoSupport the order fulfillment processes, including invoice management ensuring full compliance with internal procedures;Supply and demand matching, inventory level control, and daily order fulfillment planning based on regional AATP;Coordinate with upstream and downstream departments to resolve abnormal delivery issues.Work closely with Sales, MKT, Retail and Finance teams to ensure smooth communication and accuracy between budgets/campaigns/delivered products.Participate in projects that improve processes and efficiency.Upskill continuously through training, mentoring, and real-life exposure to multiple business areas.What We’re Looking ForOpen-minded, proactive, and eager to learn;Strong attention to detail and interest in how operations and finance connect.Knowledge of Excel or other data tools (training will be provided).Good communication and teamwork skills.Comfortable working in English and Bulgarian.Willing to grow in a dynamic environment where every day brings something new.You’ll Succeed If You:Have a growth mindset and enjoy learning by doing.Are flexible, curious, and open to technology and new processes.Appreciate structure but also like solving practical challenges.Join us to GO BEYOND!
