Delivery Lead

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Delivery Lead to join our clients team on a 1-year contract. This role is ideal for someone with a project management mindset and an analytic engineering background, who can act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. You’ll be the go-to person for project delivery, ensuring requirements are translated clearly, work is executed efficiently, and stakeholders are kept engaged and informed.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of infrastructure and analytic engineering projects from initiation to completion.Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.Gather and clarify business requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for delivery teams.Oversee project reporting, documentation, and updates, ensuring clarity and accountability.Coordinate and lead stakeholder meetings, ensuring alignment and timely decisions.Manage and track project progress using Smartsheets (primary tool).Support teams with productivity tools including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Copilot, and ChatGPT for reporting and communication.Ensure timely execution with a focus on speed, adaptability, and problem-solving.Qualifications5–10 years of experience in delivery management, project coordination, or similar roles.Strong background in analytic engineering or infrastructure project delivery.Proven experience working directly with both business stakeholders and technical teams.Proficiency with Smartsheets for project tracking and reporting.Skilled in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfortable using Copilot/ChatGPT.Familiarity with Snowflake and Power BI is an asset.Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, with a hands-on and proactive approach.
