Scrum Master / Delivery Lead – Wealth Management ProjectsWe’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Delivery Lead to help drive delivery of key technology initiatives supporting investment, digital, and advisory platforms within the wealth management domain.📍 Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite) 📅 Contract: 12 months to start 💰 Rate:T4: $74–79/hrINC: $83.92–90/hrWhat You’ll Do:Lead Agile ceremonies – daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectivesPartner with Product Owners and stakeholders to manage priorities and timelinesRemove blockers and foster collaboration across delivery teamsTrack progress, manage risks, and report transparently to leadershipCoach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvementWhat We’re Looking For:5+ years as a Scrum Master / Delivery LeadStrong grasp of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)Hands-on with Jira and ConfluenceExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsNice to have: Experience in Banking or Wealth Management environments
