Our culture of evolution and empathy centers on long-term career growth and development opportunities in an environment that embraces your unique skills and experience.Your Role And ResponsibilitiesAs the Delivery Lead for the AI & Automation Transformation Delivery Office, you will be accountable for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of AI and automation initiatives across multiple cross-functional teams and business domains.You will act as the central coordination point for program planning, execution, and reporting, ensuring delivery excellence, strategic alignment, and measurable business outcomes.This role requires hands-on delivery management, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to lead through influence across different technical and business teams.Primary Roles And ResponsibilitiesProgram Leadership: Own the delivery plan, roadmap, and milestones across all AI and automation teams and workstreams.Cross-Team Coordination: Ensure alignment and integration between Business Domain teams (HR, Product & Experience, TDA & Microsoft Partnership, Value Orchestration & IGX, ITSM).Risk & Issue Management: Identify, track, and mitigate delivery risks, dependencies, and issues across the portfolio.Governance & Reporting: Lead delivery governance forums, provide regular updates to executives, and ensure transparent reporting of progress and value delivery.Resource & Budget Oversight: Collaborate with team leads to ensure optimal resource allocation and budget adherence.Delivery Best Practices: Embed delivery methodologies (Agile, hybrid, or waterfall) suited to project needs and promote continuous improvement.Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, ensuring expectations are managed and value outcomes are achieved.Value Alignment: Partner with the Value Orchestration & IGX team to ensure all initiatives deliver measurable and validated benefits.What We OfferIndividual career pathAccess to countless trainings and certification offeringsA knowledge sharing cultureAn environment where you are actively contributing your ideasThe possibility to work in projects in one of the largest IT companiesRequired Technical And Professional ExpertiseProven track record in leading multi-team, cross-functional technology transformation programs.Strong program/project management skills, with experience in Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery environments.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level engagement.Experience managing complex dependencies and large delivery portfolios.Ability to balance strategic priorities with tactical delivery execution.Experience in AI, E2E automation and technology and process transformation delivery.Fluency in English and GermanSwiss/EU passport or valid permit required.Preferred Technical And Professional ExperienceCertification in project/program management (PMP, MSP, SAFe, or equivalent)Experience in multi-vendor, multi-stakeholder environments.Familiarity with value realization frameworks and benefit tracking.
