We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Technical Lead to spearhead our cybersecurity solution initiatives. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in delivering enterprise-grade security solutions across diverse sectors. Key Responsibilities Solution Architecture & DesignLead the design and implementation of advanced cybersecurity solutions including endpoint protection, privileged access management, data loss prevention (DLP), and network security platforms.Delivery ManagementManage large-scale deployments across BFSI, telecom, and government sectors and corporate & SME sectors.Vendor & Partner EngagementCollaborate with global cybersecurity vendors such as Kaspersky, Trend Micro, Forcepoint, CyberArk, Manage Engine, GTB, Checkpoint, Fortinet, Acronis, Veritas etc.Team ManagementDirect engineering teams, ensuring alignment with client requirements and successful delivery of project milestones.Client EngagementServe as the technical point of contact for clients, supporting both pre-sales and post-sales activities, and ensuring SLA compliance. Required Qualifications CertificationsBSc in Information Technology, CEH & related qualifications form a reputed university.Certifications in Endpoint management, DLP, PAM, Deception & other solutions.Certifications in cloud security, back-up solutions, NGFWs & email security. Technical SkillsAbility to understand & demonstrate zero trust framework & its solutionsUsage of modern Data & AI solutions providing cybersecurity solutions.Windows, Linux Systems, UNIX & Network AdministrationEndpoint security & management solutions (Kaspersky, TrendMicro)Privileged access management solutions (CyberArk, Senehasegura)Data loss prevention & classification solutions (GTB, Forcepoint & Fortra)Manage vulnerability assessments & cyber security training (Tenable, Rapid7)Deception technology (Acalvio)Understanding SIEM platforms, SOC & MSOC operations will be an added advantage.UEBA & BOT Attack Prevention ExperienceMinimum over 10 years’ experience in cybersecurity and systems integrationMinimum over 5 years’ experience in managing a solutions teamUnderstanding of how networks operate, potential vulnerabilities & how to secure them.Proven success in managing enterprise deployments & support services.Sector experience in BFSI, telecom, government & SME. Soft SkillsExcellent communication and client handlingStrong leadership and mentoring abilitiesStrategic thinking and problem-solvingProject management and escalation handlingSolution pitching
