They want someone who has a track record of not only delivering successful software projects but someone who has an eye for detail. They want someone who will coordinate Development, Quality Assurance and Support. Someone to Analyse Logs, Review Data and Support Root Cause Analysis.In return, you will gain entry into the world of management as you Lead a Small Team and Coach, Mentor and Monitor their Development. You will start working your away along a clearly mapped development path toward more senior management.
