Delivery Manager

Grid Dynamics is looking for a Senior Delivery Manager, who will take the leadership of a team of high-performing, motivated engineers.Senior Delivery manager works to maintain good customer relationships and improve the company's services to maintain customer satisfaction. Senior delivery manager is responsible for making sure that services are being seamlessly delivered to the client. Is in charge of a variety of tasks, such as leading project teams, rectifying reliability issues, monitoring progress, tracking KPIs, and managing budgets. Plays a vital role in boosting the user experience by ensuring the smooth delivery of top-notch services that meet and exceed customer demands.ResponsibilitiesProcess CoordinationSupport, improve and coordinate agile processes across several cloud-related subteamsModerate sprint ceremonies (plannings, daily syncs, retrospectives), either directly or by facilitating rotation across the teamEnsure retrospectives are held regularly and action items are followed up onTask Management & VisibilityMaintain and organize YouTrack spaces, keeping the backlog structured and cleanTrack sprint progress, ensure tasks include proper implementation details, and help avoid dropped or forgotten workWork with team leads to ensure clear task descriptions, priorities, and estimatesBuild basic productivity reports or visualizations (velocity, burn-down, etc.) to support sprint analysisStakeholder CommunicationHelp consolidate input from multiple stakeholders in the absence of a dedicated product managerSupport the team in shaping priorities based on business needs and stakeholder inputTeam SupportAct as a coordination layer to reduce the overhead on engineers, especially during busy or vacation periodsEnsure consistency in processes even when key team members are unavailableEncourage a culture of accountability and continuous improvementRequirementsProven experience in setting up processes from scratch and be ready to organize team workflows, establish documentation, and ensure smooth project delivery.Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in a tech cross-functional team (preferably Product experinece) Experience working with distributed teams in a fast-paced environmentStrong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the flexibility to adapt them pragmaticallyProficiency with YouTrack or similar task management tools (e.g., Jira, Linear)Ability to analyze team performance using metrics and simple productivity chartsStrong communication and facilitation skills - especially across multiple technical and non-technical stakeholdersComfortable working without a formal product owner, gathering context from multiple sourcesProactive, organized, and detail-oriented
