Job Description

The ideal candidate must have Restaurant Delivery Management experience within hospitality and restaurants, and will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing all delivery activities within the restaurants group.Responsibilities:Highest on ground authority in relation to deliveriesSupervise the management of the delivery department on a daily basisEnsure all delivery orders are dispatched on time and accuratelyMonitor the kitchen-to-dispatch time and resolve delaysMaintain visibility of all incoming orders through POS/delivery dashboardsCoordinate with the operations team and packaging staff to prepare orders efficientlySupervise delivery completionEnsure third-party apps are functioning correctlyEnsure third-party apps are activated and de-activated per assigned timingsHandle order discrepancies, cancellations, and refund requests swiftlyUpdate item availability and pricing across all aggregator platformsCoordinate and monitor customer reviews or complaints are handled correctlyAct as the point of contact for delivery complaints or incidentsHandle missing item reports, delays, or incorrect orders in coordination with the kitchen and customer supportEnsure customer satisfactionMaintain records of daily order counts, dispatch time, cancellations, and complaintsPrepare weekly reports on delivery performance, driver productivity, and customer feedbackEnforce health and food safety practices related to delivery (e.g., food temperature, secure packaging)Confirm all deliveries received by all customersEnforce the implementation of and adherence to all policies and proceduresEnsure CCG brand values are maintained at all timesBFH should be obtainedAware of Sapaad and one driveFollowing up on opening and closing checklistsFollowing up on the cleaning scheduleAware of InventoriesAware of PackagingCommunicate with kitchen team members to be aware of any missing menu itemsSet the standards for all employees to maintain high-quality and consistent customer serviceHandle all customer related complaints and submit a monthly report to the Operations ManagerInvestigate and resolve food quality issues and service complaintsJob Profile:Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or equivalent, master’s degree is a plusA minimum of 5 years delivery management experience in the F&B industryPleasant personality and positive attitudeExcellent customer service skillsExcellent time management skillsGood team motivation skillsUp-to-date with the local and global industry trendsVery good command of English and Arabic (both oral and written)
