Working Location: Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City Number of vacancies: 1Roles: Delivery Manager / Project ManagerJOB OVERVIEWAs a Delivery Manager/Project Manager, you’ll primarily drive collaboration in the planning and execution of our cross-functional game development teams. Manage partnerships with other development leaders and managers. Involve a high level of interaction with team members, peers, and development leadership.Work closely with other game team leaders such as the Game Designer, Art Director, Producer, and Technical Director.Project planning and progress monitoring, including budget control and milestone control.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESDevelops and establishes strategic project management, quality standards, and methods that ensure on-time and in-scope delivery. Develop, maintain, and publish project KPIs that track project quality, delivery, and predictability.Guides the development of technical estimates, work plans, methodologies, and deliverables. Manages and mitigates risks in all projects. Drive and coordinate crisis management.Handle all issues related to the delivery capacity.Delivery Management objectives in Onshore & Offshore Models for multiple clients across the globe.What we’re looking for:+5 years of experience in Delivery ManagerTechnical ability and knowledge of developing languages such as Java, NodeJS, ReactJS, JavaScript, or C++.Strong understanding of SDLC and Architecture.Comprehensive knowledge of the overall departmental function.Strong delivery processing skills.Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.Experience operating within Agile and waterfall environments.Extensive background in development and delivering technical-complex projects throughout the lifecycle.SOFT SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTESGood English, all-round communicator.Strong negotiation and presentation skills.Ability to understand and communicate technical issues.Ability to deal with multiple projects and deadlines.Creative problem solver, able to build contingency plans and handle stressful situations with professionalism.Nice to have:Experience working in both outsourcing and in-house product teams.Exposure to large-scale or high-concurrency backend systems.Game backend or server-side game development knowledge.If you're excited to lead impactful tech projects and grow with a talented team, we'd love to connect!
