We also assist employees with finding suitable housing.Key Responsibilities:Project/Program Management:Lead and manage the delivery of projects from initiation through to completion using Agile Scrum methodologies Oversee backlog health, velocity, and delivery commitments across distributed teamsDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines, resource allocations and budgetsAble to manage both time and material and fixed price milestone-based projectsEnsure that deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standardsTeam Coordination:Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., development, design, QA, and business teams)Ensure resources are allocated effectively, utilised maximum and resolve any resource conflictsProvide guidance and support to the team to achieve project goalsStakeholder Management:Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, clients, and senior leadershipRegularly communicate project status, dependencies, risks, issues, and budget consumption status to stakeholdersGather and manage feedback from clients to ensure expectations are metRisk and Issue Management:Identify, assess, and manage risks or issues that may impact project deliveryProactively address challenges and implement solutions to minimize disruptionsQuality Assurance:Ensure that the product or service delivered aligns with customer requirements and quality standardsImplement and monitor quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle.Ownership of product or service quality metrics and corresponding KPIsUnderstanding of code qualityContinuous Improvement:Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, tools, and techniquesConduct retrospectives to review project outcomes and implement improvements in future deliveriesBudget and Resource Management:Ensure the project stays within budget and monitor expenditureManage resource allocations and other expenditure to control costs and maximize marginBusiness mining and forecast future revenue plans from the projectsOversee resource planning and allocation to avoid delays or resource shortagesKey Skills:Strong leadership and communication skillsProven experience in managing complex projects or servicesKnowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesProblem-solving and critical-thinking capabilitiesExperience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project)Payments domain experience is a plus
