At the same time, we have ambition to build an international brand by establishing an even more global presence.What You'll DoAssist in routing clients' deliveries ordersAssigning of drivers from existing driver pool to routesSupport clients on their orders in a timely mannerMonitoring orders and resolve delivery issues for our clientsWhat We SeekGreat customer service, good communication, and interpersonal skillsAble to work independently with minimal supervisionProblem solving ability and adaptable to changing needs from clientsExperience using different online channels to communicate with clientsRequirementsMinimum 3 day work week (2 weekdays, 1 weekend) Must be able to work 1 morning shift (From 7am) AND 2 evening shifts (up till 10pm)On-the-job Training will be providedHybrid Working Arrangement available after 1 month of Onsite On-the-job training (Weekday onsite, Weekends WFH)S$13 - S$13 an hourTo all candidates- Lalamove respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data.This Notice will inform you how we will use your personal data, explain your privacy rights and the protection you have by the law when you apply to join us.
