Delivery Performance Management

We are looking for a Delivery Performance Manager to lead a team, overseeing delivery operations, defining and reporting on KPIs, and driving performance improvements across 10 domains. The role requires strong leadership, program management experience (preferably in the banking/financial industry), and excellent stakeholder management skills.Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Team Management: Lead the Performance Management team, ensuring excellence in delivery performance. Manage resources effectively and oversee demand and supply within the team.KPI Definition & Reporting: Define, implement, and monitor KPIs. Regularly prepare and present performance reports to management and stakeholders.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate and develop strategies for program success. Engage and manage key stakeholders and Group Banking levels.Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality delivery standards. Identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address performance gaps.Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives focused on process, technology, and people improvements within the Hub, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.Resource & Capacity Management: Monitor project demand, resource allocation, and capacity to ensure optimal performance and balanced workloads across the team.Best Practices: Guide the team in adopting industry best practices and sharing knowledge across domains.
