One is focused on CRM & User Experience and will lead efforts to implement Salesforce, leveraging UX design skills and driving internal adoption. The second will focus on Data & Integration and lead efforts to enable the integration of Salesforce into the broader AA technology landscape. Both product owners will form part of the CRM Foundations Value Stream and work closely together driving towards shared outcomes.What You'll Be Doing | Mō te TūrangaAs a Product Owner, you will lead the delivery of customer and business value at the AA by translating product vision into actionable work for agile teams. You’ll manage the backlog, prioritise features, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions are user-centric, technically feasible, and strategically aligned. With a strong focus on user adoption and process improvement, you’ll refine requirements, design intuitive experiences, and validate outcomes through feedback and data. This role demands a balance of strategic thinking and detailed execution, working closely with delivery leads, analysts, designers, and developers to drive measurable impact across the organisation.Depending on your experience and interests, you’ll either help shape intuitive CRM experiences and drive adoption across our frontline teams whilst also providing a foundation that amazing member and customer experiences can be built on, or you will be leading the delivery of sustainable, integrated solutions that leverage our data platforms and APIs.About You | MōuRegardless of the role, you’ll thrive in a scaled agile environment and know how to turn complex ideas into clear, actionable work. You’ll be confident managing a backlog, writing detailed user stories, and collaborating with Business Analysts and delivery teams to keep things moving. Strong stakeholder engagement, excellent communication, and a knack for prioritising based on strategic impact are essential. You’ll have experience delivering digital solutions, participating in agile ceremonies, and working across teams to drive measurable outcomes.
