We stand behind the health of Aotearoa New Zealand.About the role | Mō te tūranga:The Product Manager role is responsible for defining strategic commercial growth opportunities and supporting our products in market. This role drives the overall group growth strategy across three key areas:Developing new and adjacent services that leverage our customer base, organisational expertise, and network capabilities.Expanding into new areas through partnerships, licensing, and M&A activity.Using data and technology to enhance and deepen our core testing and screening services.As part of this mandate, the Product Manager is part of the team responsible for driving the growth of Awanui’s newest business, BODYiQ. The role will collaborate closely with the wider Commercial, R&D, Clinical and Operational teams to identify, validate, and commercialise new products and services that deliver measurable business outcomes.This role can be based in Auckland, Wellington, or Christchurch.Key Responsibilities:Supporting with customer issues and developing systems to reduce manual customer support effortConducting market scanning and customer research to identify new tests and bundles.Connecting with the Awanui R&D pipeline to identify and manage commercialisation opportunitiesLeading test and bundle creation, clinical validation, operational setup, and integration in internal and external systems.Developing custom bundles for B2B partners and validating the market for BODYiQ Gift Cards.Monitoring test and bundle performance and implementing continuous improvements to improve the overall customer experience.Partnering with the Marketing Manager on targeted promotions.Supporting pricing strategy and performance analysis to drive revenue growth.Key ResultsIntroduction of new tests and bundles.Incremental revenue from new offerings.Increases in average tests per transaction and overall transaction size.Improvements in results protection attach rates.About you | He kōrero mōuTo be successful in this role you need to have:You’ll be a strategic and results-driven professional with a passion for creating, growing and supporting innovative products and services that make a meaningful impact.
