Administrative and Contractual ManagementEnsure the preparation, verification, and signing of consultants’ contracts and legal documents.Guarantee the administrative compliance and updating of consultants' files (insurance, permits, supporting documents, etc.).Manage immigration procedures: preparation, submission, and follow-up of applications for work permits, residence permits, and visas.Monitor legal developments related to professional mobility and administrative obligations.2. Operations and Payment MonitoringCollect and validate purchase orders (POs) from clients and related service documents.Oversee the payment of consultants’ services by verifying timesheets and calculating the amounts due.3. Invoicing and ReportingCollect and forward all necessary documents for invoicing.Ensure invoice follow-up and coordination with the relevant departments.Update dashboards, tracking reports, and the CRM.4. Support and CoordinationEnsure the proper execution of consultants’ requests.Guarantee the smooth execution of administrative and operational processes.Coordinate between consultants and the company’s various departments.Maintain effective professional relationships with public administrations and institutional partners.5. Development and Continuous ImprovementKeep operational tracking reports and related digital tools up to date.Participate in Business Development.Contribute to identifying client needs.Anticipate changes through feedback from consultants.Qualifications :Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) or equivalentProven experience in administrative roles, particularly in international mobilityFluent in French, English, and ArabicProficient in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelSolid understanding of legal and administrative procedures (permits, visas, compliance)Skilled in coordinating with government bodies and managing documentationStrong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilitiesDetail-oriented, responsible, and capable of working under pressureAnalytical, results-driven, and comfortable with digital toolsPlus (Nice to Have) :Experience in business development or client needs analysisFamiliarity with CRM systems and operational dashboardsPrior interaction with embassies, consulates, or public authoritiesKnowledge of both local and international administrative systemsAbility to anticipate regulatory changes through feedback and field insightWhat We Offer :A vibrant, international, and multicultural team environmentReal opportunities for professional growth and career advancementInvolvement in strategic projects and exciting company initiatives
