What you Will do?In this role, you will be responsible for supporting cross-functional teams by tracking project progress, managing timelines, balancing workloads, and ensuring alignment with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Track the progress of ongoing product features and proactively identify blockers. Manage and maintain project Gantt charts and timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
Ensure product solutions remain aligned with defined business needs and goals. Monitor and balance team workloads to support productivity and efficiency. Organize and oversee recurring team meetings, routines, and project ceremonies. Identify, flag, and communicate project risks and potential blockers to relevant stakeholders. Your skills & expertise: 1–2 years of experience in project management, program coordination, or a similar role in a tech or product-focused environment. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency with project management tools (e. g. , Jira, Monday.
com, Asana, or equivalent). Familiarity with Gantt charts and basic project planning methodologies (Agile/Scrum is a plus). Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting. Analytical mindset with a problem-solving orientation.
