Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - mandatoryPrevious experience of at least one year in recruitment positions (also available from placement companies) - mandatoryEnglish at a very good level - mandatoryExperience in conducting face-to-face interviews and working directly with hiring managers - a significant advantagePrevious experience in locating candidates using LinkedIn and social networks - an advantageOrder and organization skills, persistence and the ability to lead processes and a high level of independent conduct* The work is in the company's offices in Tel Aviv in a hybrid model that combines work from home.
