Position Overview: The Finance Manager will play a key role in managing and overseeing all financial activities for our International Brands division.

This role partners closely with cross-functional teams—including Sales, , Operations, and Supply Chain—to ensure accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, and strategic decision support that drive business growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with corporate policies. Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements, management reports, and performance metrics for senior leadership. Develop and maintain detailed annual budgets and periodic forecasts, working closely with business leaders to align financial targets with strategic goals. Monitor and analyze key business drivers, sales performance, cost structures, and margin trends to provide actionable insights.

Ensure effective cash flow management, including working capital optimization. Oversee inventory and cost accounting processes, ensuring accurate valuation and control. Coordinate and support internal and external audits, implementing process improvements where necessary. Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives, pricing decisions, and investment opportunities. Act as a business partner to various departments, fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and performance orientation. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification preferred. 5+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally within a global retail, apparel, or consumer goods company.

Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Advanced Excel and ERP systems skills (SAP, Oracle, or Infor M3). Tagetik is a plus Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Strong business acumen and ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
