Location: South Queensferry (Edinburgh)Full time, in-person, Monday to FridayWe are a growing group of premium chocolate and gifting brands, manufacturing and fulfilling everything from our site at Port Edgar. With COCO, Otherly, UP-UP, Love Cocoa and more in the mix, we are scaling fast and need a Demand and Supply Manager to bring structure, discipline and forward planning into the operation.This role is critical to stabilising the organisation and unlocking growth. You will work closely with production, fulfilment, finance and the wider team to ensure the right stock is available at the right time, and that Unleashed is accurate and trusted.This is not a remote or hybrid role. The work depends on being in the building, understanding the physical flow of goods, and working directly with the production and fulfilment teams. If you are looking for remote working, this is not the right fit.Key responsibilitiesDemand planning• Own annual and short-term demand planning for all brands• Build rolling forecasts using sales history, seasonality and planned activity• Set clear production priorities based on demand signals and stock targetsSupply planning• Maintain raw material and packaging plans with accurate lead times• Raise and track purchase orders, ensuring timely inbound deliveries• Work daily with production to align capacity plans with upcoming demandInventory and systems• Maintain accurate stock levels in Unleashed• Close out hospital orders and ensure system-wide data is up to date• Reduce stockouts, oversupply and write-offs through proactive planning• Improve visibility for Finance through clearer forecasting and margin reporting inputsCross-functional support• Attend and contribute to weekly operations meetings• Give production, fulfilment and sales clear forward visibility• Work with the MD to set priorities and improve planning discipline across the teamWhat we’re looking for• Experience in demand, supply or production planning in FMCG or manufacturing• Strong with systems, ideally Unleashed or similar ERP/MRP• Comfortable with numbers, forecasting and data accuracy• Able to work on site full time and be hands-on with the team• Calm, organised, and able to impose structure in a fast-moving environmentSalary£32,000 to £36,000 depending on experience.
