About the offer 📝 Permanent contract 🏠 Location : Capellen, Luxembourg 📲 Top 3 Key competencies :Minimum 4 years of experienceFluency in English & FrenchProven experience in lead generation compaignsMISSIONS OF THE ROLEProduct marketingServe as the marketing representative within the new cross-functional Product Marketing team.Collaborate closely with Product and Sales teams to gather insights on customer needs, product strengths, andmarket dynamics. Translate technical, business and market insights into clear product messaging, positioning, and valuepropositions. Develop marketing assets (one-pagers, presentations, web content…) to support product launches, lead gencampaigns and sales enablement.Lead generation & Hubspot managementEvaluate current lead gen marketing activities (events, media partnerships…) and build on them Design and execute multi-channel, scalable, always-on lead generation programs (email, paid media, contentmarketing, LinkedIn, webinars, partnerships) Set up and manage HubSpot for marketing use — including automation workflows, forms, landing pages, leadscoring, segmentation, and reporting with the support of an agencyCreate lead nurturing journeys that turn awareness into engagement and drive qualified opportunities for sales- Experiment with new channels and tactics (email campaigns, gated content, webinars, partnerships, digital ads)to identify what works best for our audienceContent & Campaign ExecutionManage and coordinate our bi-monthly newsletter (content planning, writing, design coordination, anddistribution)Develop or oversee creation of marketing content (emails, articles, social posts, case studies, campaign copy)with the collaboration of various agenciesAnalytics & reportingTrack and analyse the performance of marketing activities through HubSpot and other platforms- Provide detailed reports and actionable insights on campaign outcomes and optimisation opportunitiesContinuously optimise based on performance data and testingPrepare monthly and quarterly reports for our executive committeeREQUIRED SKILLSQualifications / diploma(s): Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field- Relevant work experience in a marketing roleTechnical Competencies: Proven success managing lead generation campaigns and nurturing programs- Strong understanding and hands-on experience of HubSpot- Ability to spot, understand and simplify complex concepts/trends for diverse audiencesLanguages: Fluency in French and English is required.
