Job Description
What You'll Do :Develop accurate demand forecasts based on historical sales data, market trends, seasonality, and promotion plans.Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations teams to align supply with demand.Monitor stock levels and adjust forecasts to minimize inventory waste and avoid stockouts.Analyze product performance and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.Partner with Marketing and Commercial teams for new product launches and promotional campaigns.Track and report key forecasting metrics such as forecast accuracy and bias.Use demand planning tools and systems to generate reports and improve process efficiency.What We're Looking For:Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.4–6 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or inventory management (preferably in F&B or retail industry).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
